Permanent Holiday Lighting in Bolton & Caledon, Ontario
The Sempra Effect.
Permanent Holiday Lighting in Bolton & Caledon, Ontario
Caledon is made up of many communities. Bolton is the largest, with a historic downtown along the Humber River and newer subdivisions around it. Beyond Bolton, the Town of Caledon spreads across the Niagara Escarpment and the Oak Ridges Moraine, taking in villages like Caledon East, Palgrave, Inglewood, Belfountain and Alton, along with horse farms and country estates.
Sempra Illuminations installs Celebright permanent holiday lighting across Bolton and Caledon. We're based in Richmond Hill, on the other side of King Township, so we're close enough to give you real local service, from the first estimate to the years after installation.
Local Service From Start to Finish
For a permanent system, what happens after installation matters as much as the installation itself. Here's what working with Sempra looks like:
A real conversation first. Free estimates, often prepared from Google Maps. For rural properties, we're happy to do a site visit, a virtual meeting or a phone call.
A design fitted to your home. Whether it's a Bolton two-storey or a stone farmhouse, we plan the layout around your roofline and match the track to your trim.
A walkthrough on installation day. We show you how to use the app and the system, so you're comfortable from the first night.
Coverage after the install. Every installation includes a 5-year warranty covering parts and labour, and we're nearby if you need us.
Bolton: Heritage Core and Growing Neighbourhoods
Bolton was established in the 1820s as a mill town on the Humber River, and its historic downtown is Caledon's first Heritage Conservation District. Around the old core, Bolton has grown into Caledon's main urban community, with subdivisions of two-storey detached homes and townhomes built mostly from the 2000s onward.
These newer homes are well suited to permanent lighting. The rooflines are clean, the fascia is uniform, and the aluminum track can be colour-matched to your builder's trim. In most homes, it sits beneath the fascia and is barely visible during the day.
Caledon's Villages and Countryside
Outside Bolton, Caledon's historic village centres (including Caledon Village, Alton, Inglewood and Cheltenham) have heritage homes from the 1830s to the early 1900s. Some are stone and brick farmhouses, and some are converted mills. Caledon East has its own main street and a mix of character homes and newer developments. Palgrave, on the Oak Ridges Moraine, is known for equestrian estates.
We design each of these installations around the specific property. Older homes may need a closer look at the fascia, and larger estates may call for a site visit. With 11 track profiles available, we can often adapt to what's there.
Next door, Sempra serves King City, Brampton, Vaughan and Kleinburg.

Bolton & Caledon Permanent Lighting FAQs
How far is Sempra from Bolton and Caledon?
Sempra is based in Richmond Hill, just east of King Township, which borders Caledon. Bolton and eastern Caledon are within our regular service area. For properties in the far western part of the Town, contact us to confirm availability.
Our Bolton home is in a newer subdivision. How quickly can we get a quote?
Often very quickly. Newer homes with clear rooflines are usually easy to measure from Google Maps, so we can prepare many estimates from just your address.
We have an older stone farmhouse. Can permanent lighting be installed?
Often, yes, but older homes vary. We assess the fascia and trim during the estimate and choose the right track profile. If part of the roofline isn't suitable, we'll tell you honestly.
Our home is in Bolton's heritage district. What should we know?
Downtown Bolton is a Heritage Conservation District, and exterior changes there may be subject to the Town of Caledon's heritage guidelines. Check with the Town before installing. A colour-matched track under the fascia is one of the most discreet options available.
What if something needs attention after installation?
Contact us. Every Sempra installation includes a 5-year warranty covering parts and labour, and because we're nearby, we can respond locally.
