What Affects the Price

Linear footage is the main factor. Pricing depends mostly on how many linear feet of roofline you light. A bungalow with one long front roofline and a two-storey home with several gables will quote differently.

You choose which rooflines to include. You don't have to light every edge. Many homeowners start with the front of the house, since that's what's seen from the street, and add more later. We'll recommend the lines that make the most impact.

Add-ons are optional. The system can extend to decks, pergolas, fences and stairs, now or later.

Can we start with the front and add more later?

Yes. The system is modular, so you can light the front now and extend it to other rooflines, a deck, a fence or stairs later.

Is there anything to pay after installation?

The app is free on iOS and Android. The system runs on electricity, and according to Celebright product material, the average system draws less energy than a single 40W light bulb. Actual use depends on the size of the system and how you run it.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Sempra installation includes a 5-year warranty covering parts and labour.

Our Headon Forest home has several front gables. Does that add a lot?

More gables means more linear footage, but gables are often where lighting looks best. We'll show you options with and without them so you can decide.

The aluminum track is colour-matched to the existing architecture for an aesthetically pleasing look that is virtually invisible.

The LED digital lights are low profile featuring adjustable brightness to maximum curb appeal without being overbearing.

The bulbs are rated to IP68 which means they are rated for underwater use. All connectors are also waterproof.

All components of the system are rated to work down to -40 degrees Celsius (-40 Fahrenheit) and up to 85 degrees Celsius (185 Fahrenheit).

The control system allows you to turn the lights on and off, adjust brightness levels, and create dynamic lighting sequences.

  • The life expectancy of each bulb is 50,000 hours of active use.

    If you keep them on 6 hours every night, they’ll last you just over 20 years!
