Permanent Holiday Lighting in Georgina, Ontario
The Sempra Effect.
Your Trusted Permanent Holiday Lighting Partners in Georgina, Ontario
In Georgina, the best part of the day often comes after sunset. Friends linger on the deck, the lake goes quiet, and the evening stretches on. A lot of outdoor lighting ruins that with harsh floodlights, or leaves the house dark once the sun goes down.
Sempra Illuminations installs Celebright permanent lighting across the Town of Georgina, along Lake Simcoe's southern shore. It gives your home a soft warm-white glow on summer evenings, full colour for the holidays, and complete control from wherever you are. That's useful whether you live at the lake year-round or come up on weekends.
This is permanent holiday lighting in Georgina designed around lake life, not only December.
Life on the Lake Doesn't Stop at Sunset
Georgina has a mix of year-round homes, seasonal cottages and newer subdivisions. Whichever you have, the outdoor spaces get a lot of use in the warmer months.
Celebright is modular, so it doesn't have to stop at the roofline. The same system can extend to:
Decks, for gentle perimeter light that keeps evening gatherings going
Exterior stairs, for useful illumination on steps you use after dark
Fences, to define the property without glare
Pergolas, to turn a shaded patio into an evening sitting area
Brightness is adjustable, so you can keep the light soft and easy on the eyes after dark.
Control the Cottage From the City
Many Georgina properties are used part-time, and that's where permanent lighting is especially handy. Celebright is cloud-connected, so with Wi-Fi at the property, you can manage everything remotely from the free iOS or Android app or a web browser:
Turn the lights on before you arrive on a Friday night
Set schedules that follow sunrise and sunset while you're away
Change the display for a long weekend without being there
Switch everything off from Toronto if you forgot on the way out
It also works with Google Home and Amazon Alexa for quick control when you're at the property.
Made for Lakeside Conditions
Homes near the water face moisture and changing weather all year. Celebright's bulbs are rated IP68, which means they're rated for underwater use. The connectors are also waterproof, and all components are rated to work from -40°C to 85°C.
The aluminum track is colour-matched to your fascia and, in most homes, slides underneath it. That keeps the installation discreet whether your home is a classic cottage or a newer build. Each installation is backed by Sempra's 5-year warranty covering parts and labour.
From Keswick to Pefferlaw
Georgina covers a long stretch of Lake Simcoe shoreline, with three main communities and many smaller lakeside hamlets. Sempra serves homeowners across the Town.
Keswick is Georgina's largest community and its main growth area, with newer subdivisions and waterfront streets. Sutton and Jackson's Point have a historic village and lakeside resort character, with cottages, older homes and waterfront properties. Pefferlaw, to the east, is more rural, with larger lots and forested land.
We also serve the smaller shoreline and rural communities, including Willow Beach, Virginia Beach, Belhaven, Baldwin and Udora. For a converted cottage or an older home, we'll assess the roofline and fascia during the estimate and let you know what's practical.
Nearby, Sempra also serves East Gwillimbury, Newmarket and Aurora.
Summer Nights, Winter Holidays
With more than 16 million colours and a dedicated warm-white channel, one system covers the whole year at the lake:
A welcoming glow for the first long weekend of the season
Red and white on Canada Day
Warm white for sunset gatherings on the deck
A festive display for a summer birthday at the cottage
A Labour Day send-off before the season winds down
Holiday colours for year-round residents, or for a Christmas visit
Georgina Permanent Lighting FAQs
We're only at the lake part of the year. Can we control the lights from home?
Yes. With a Wi-Fi connection at the property, the cloud-connected system lets you change colours, adjust brightness, and turn the lights on or off from the app or a web browser anywhere with internet access. Schedules keep running while you're away. If your property's internet is seasonal or limited, mention it during the estimate so we can discuss what to expect.
Are the lights suitable for a home close to the water?
Celebright is built for year-round exterior use. The bulbs are rated IP68, the connectors are waterproof, and the system is rated to work from -40°C to 85°C. The track is mounted along your roofline, usually under the fascia, like on any other home.
Can the lighting extend to our deck and exterior stairs?
Yes. The system is designed for modular expansion to decks, pergolas, fences and stairs. You can install everything at once or start with the roofline and add outdoor areas later. It's all controlled from the same app.
Is our converted cottage a good fit?
Many are, but every roofline is different. Older cottages sometimes have fascia and trim details that differ from newer homes, so we look at each property individually. With 11 track profiles available, we can often adapt. If part of a roofline isn't a good fit, we'll tell you during the estimate.
How do we get an estimate for a Georgina property?
Estimates are free, and in many cases we can measure your home using Google Maps. If you're not at the property often, that makes things easy. We can also arrange a virtual meeting or phone call, or a site visit if needed.
