On a two-storey home, lighting sits high above the street. On a bungalow or split-level, it's at eye level, running the full width of a wide front elevation. That creates a strong horizontal line that emphasizes the home's proportions.

Split-levels add interest too. We can follow each stepped roofline, so the lighting traces the home's shape instead of just outlining a box.

Celebright's frosted bulbs give an even, continuous glow, and the aluminum track is colour-matched to your fascia. In most homes, it slides under the fascia and is barely visible in daylight.

Is a bungalow a good fit for permanent lighting?

Bungalows are one of the best fits. Their long, low rooflines create a clean horizontal line of light that runs the full width of the home. The installation is at a lower height than on a two-storey home, but it's still professionally installed and colour-matched.

Can the lighting follow the different rooflines on our split-level?

Yes. We design each layout around the specific home, including the stepped rooflines of side-splits and backsplits. We'll show which lines we recommend lighting during the estimate.

We're adding a second storey. Should we wait?

Usually, yes. If major exterior work is planned, it's best to install the lighting once the new roofline and trim are finished. That way the system fits the final design and matches your new trim colour.

Our home is near the Bluffs. Will the system hold up?

Celebright is built for year-round exterior use. The bulbs are rated IP68, the connectors are waterproof, and all components are rated to work from -40°C to 85°C. Every Sempra installation also includes a 5-year warranty covering parts and labour.
