We live in a semi-detached home. Can we install permanent lighting on just our side?

Yes. We design the layout around your portion of the roofline and finish the installation neatly at your property line. If you and your neighbours want matching lighting across the whole building, we can discuss that too.

Will the lights bother our neighbours on a narrow street?

Brightness is fully adjustable, the frosted bulbs give a soft and even light, and you can schedule an automatic off time each night. Many Toronto homeowners use a lower brightness for everyday evenings and turn it up for the holidays.

Our home is in a heritage conservation district. Is that a problem?

Toronto has a number of heritage conservation districts, and exterior changes within them may be subject to the City's heritage guidelines. If your home is in one, check with City of Toronto heritage staff before installing. A colour-matched track under the fascia is one of the most discreet options available.

Can you work with older painted wood trim?

In many cases, yes. We assess the condition and shape of your fascia during the estimate and choose from 11 track profiles and more than 100 colours to fit it. If a section isn't suitable, we'll tell you.

How do we get an estimate?

Estimates are free. In many cases, we can measure your home using Google Maps. For homes under heavy tree cover, we may arrange a site visit, which is easy since we're just north of the city.
