Permanent Holiday Lighting in Whitby, Ontario

Permanent Holiday Lighting in Whitby & Brooklin, Ontario
Curb appeal usually means lawns, doors and landscaping. It's easy to forget that half of the day is dark. After sunset, most homes simply fade into the street.
Sempra Illuminations installs Celebright permanent holiday lighting in Whitby and Brooklin so your home looks great after dark as well. Every evening it has a clean warm-white glow that shows off its lines, and when the holidays come, it switches to full colour at the tap of a button.
Curb Appeal That Works Every Night
An architectural look. A dedicated warm-white LED in each bulb gives a clean everyday glow that highlights your roofline.
Discreet by day. The aluminum track comes in more than 100 colours to match your trim and, in most homes, sits beneath the fascia.
Consistent, even light. Frosted, diffused bulbs create a smooth line of light, not a row of bright dots.
Photos at twilight. Many homeowners find their home photographs especially well at dusk with the lighting on.
Whitby Neighbourhoods and Brooklin
Downtown Whitby, around Brock and Dundas Streets, has heritage homes and buildings, and the Werden's Plan neighbourhood is a Heritage Conservation District. Much of Whitby's housing was built from the 1980s through the early 2000s. In Williamsburg, most homes date from 1991 to 2005. Blue Grass Meadows, Pringle Creek, Lynde Creek, Rolling Acres, Taunton North and Port Whitby round out the town.
Brooklin, a historic village to the north, has grown quickly with new subdivisions, while its downtown is a designated Heritage Conservation District.
Sempra serves homeowners across Whitby and Brooklin. Nearby, we serve Ajax, Oshawa and Pickering.

Whitby Permanent Lighting FAQs
Will permanent lighting increase my home's value?
We can't promise any effect on resale value, since that depends on the market and the buyer. What permanent lighting does reliably is improve how your home looks after dark, every night of the year.
If we sell, does the system stay with the house?
The system is mounted to your home, so it's generally treated as part of the property when you sell. Confirm with your real estate agent how it's listed. If you're selling, contact us, and we'll talk through handing over the app to the new owners.
Our home is in downtown Brooklin or Whitby's Werden's Plan district. What should we know?
Both are designated Heritage Conservation Districts, and exterior changes may be subject to the Town of Whitby's heritage guidelines. Check with the Town before installing. A colour-matched track under the fascia is one of the most discreet options available.
We just moved into a new Brooklin home. Can we install right away?
In most cases, yes. If your home is still under a builder or new-home warranty, review its terms on exterior additions first. The track can be matched to your builder's trim colour.
How do we get an estimate?
Estimates are free. In many cases, we can measure your home using Google Maps from your address alone.

Certainly! You can schedule lights to turn on/off at specific times/dates like Halloween at 5pm to 1am for the next 20 years. You can also set them to follow sunrise/sunset or for special occasions like St. Patrick's Day, birthdays, etc. Once set… the lights run automatically without any babysitting needed.
