Permanent Holiday Lighting in Woodbridge
The Sempra Effect.
Permanent Holiday Lighting in Woodbridge, Ontario
In many Woodbridge homes, the calendar fills up with holiday dinners, milestone birthdays, engagement parties and long weekends with extended family. First impressions start at the curb, before the door even opens.
Sempra Illuminations installs Celebright permanent holiday lighting on Woodbridge homes that host. You set the scene from your phone before the first car pulls in: warm white for a relaxed dinner, full colour for the holidays, or a gentle moving pattern for a celebration. Then you get back to your guests.
Sempra is based in nearby Richmond Hill and serves homeowners throughout Woodbridge and the rest of Vaughan.
Built for the Homes That Host
Traditional holiday lights do one thing for a few weeks a year. A permanent system is ready for every gathering, all year, without anyone climbing a ladder the day before.
Every bulb has a single RGBW LED with a dedicated white channel. You get real warm white for elegant evenings and more than 16 million colours when you want something bolder. The aluminum track is colour-matched to your fascia and, in most homes, sits beneath it. During the day, your home looks the same as it always has.
Set the Scene Before the Doorbell Rings
The Celebright app is where you prepare for a party. You can:
Save presets for the looks you use most, such as a holiday dinner, a birthday, a summer barbecue or an everyday glow
Schedule displays for specific dates and times, so the lights change on their own before guests arrive
Switch instantly from the app, a web browser, Google Home or Amazon Alexa
Adjust brightness so the effect suits the mood, from subtle to celebratory
Once you've built a preset, it's ready for next year's party with no setup.
Patterns, Presets and a Little Restraint
Celebright has hundreds of patterns, from slow colour fades to lively animated effects. For entertaining, we usually suggest restraint. Keep a steady, elegant look for dinner parties, and save movement for moments that call for it, like a countdown, a birthday or a big announcement.
The system does both. You can go from classic to festive in a tap and back again when the evening winds down.
Woodbridge, Old and New
Woodbridge is one of Vaughan's oldest communities, and its homes range across generations.
The historic core along Woodbridge Avenue has older homes, shops and restaurants near Market Lane. East Woodbridge and West Woodbridge mix established homes with newer developments. Woodbridge Highlands grew in the 1990s, and Sonoma Heights, near the Humber River valley, has substantial detached homes on mature streets.
To the north, Vellore Village and Vellore Woods have mostly 2000s-era and newer homes, while Islington Woods and Vaughan Grove round out the area. Sempra serves them all and designs each layout around the home in front of us.
Nearby, we also serve Kleinburg, Maple and the rest of Vaughan.
For Woodbridge Avenue Businesses
Restaurants, cafés and shops along Woodbridge Avenue and around Market Lane can use permanent lighting for everyday curb appeal and seasonal displays. You can schedule warm white after hours, set brand colours for promotions, and switch to festive displays for the holidays without booking a crew each year. If your building has heritage status, check with the City of Vaughan before making exterior changes.

Woodbridge Permanent Lighting FAQs
Can I save different lighting looks for different parties?
Yes. You can save your favourite colours and patterns as presets, then turn them on manually or schedule them for specific dates and times. Many homeowners keep a small set of go-to looks, such as a holiday display, a celebration display and an everyday warm white.
Should we use moving patterns, or keep the lights still?
That's your call, and the system does both. For most gatherings, a steady colour or warm white looks the most refined. Animated patterns work best in short bursts for special moments. Brightness is adjustable either way.
How fast can we change the lights once guests start arriving?
Instantly. Tap a preset in the app or use a voice command through Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Better still, schedule the change ahead of time so it happens on its own.
Our Sonoma Heights home has several rooflines. Can the lighting cover them all?
We design each layout around the specific home. With 11 track profiles and more than 100 track colours, we can fit most rooflines and match the existing trim. We focus on the lines that define your home from the street, and we'll tell you during the estimate if any section isn't a good fit.
How do we get a price?
Estimates are free. In many cases we can measure your home from Google Maps using just your address. We're also happy to arrange a site visit, virtual meeting or phone call.
